Solution: due to the high potential of lithium titanate material, using aluminum foil as the coating substrate of negative electrode is much cheaper than copper foil (copper foil usually accounts for 20-25% of the cost of battery), which offsets the cost increase caused by low voltage to a certain extent; by replacing the negative electrode with aluminum foil, the weight of lithium titanate system will be reduced (the larger the battery volume is, the more obvious), It is found that the volume specific power and weight specific power of lithium titanate are close to those of LFP / C system at high rate discharge.

    Precautions for product use

     

    1. In the process of using AFT-LTO-P2 to prepare battery, the whole system should control all kinds of possible moisture more strictly than the conventional process. After opening the package of AFT-LTO-P2 powder, it must be baked in vacuum immediately. Do not expose it in the air for a long time. A strict baking system must be established for the powder and electrode plate (including heating, constant temperature and cooling process);
    2. In NMP system, the conductive agent must be dispersed evenly and the amount of binder must be controlled;
    3. The compaction density should not be too small or too large, 1.90 ~ 2.05g/cc is recommended;
    4. Slurry mixing is different from conventional materials, so it must be more strict, otherwise it will affect the dispersion and the quality of the electrode plate. There are small particles on the electrode plate, which are very rough and unsmooth, and the reversible capacity is low.
