Precautions for product use
1. Pole piece coating
A. Do experiments to ensure that the single-sided coating density of the negative electrode is below 100g/m2, and then start to formally coat the pole pieces;
B. After the coated surface is dried, ensure that it is smooth and free of particles, and the copper foil is not exposed;
C. Properly control the viscosity of the slurry;
be careful:
①The coating density should not be too high, otherwise it will affect the thickness and the liquid absorption capacity of the pole piece;
②The surface of the smear must be even and smooth and the copper foil must not be exposed.
2. Pole piece slitting and rolling
A. Ensure that the compaction density is controlled below 1.80g/㎝3 when rolling;
B. Cut the coated section into the required pole pieces to ensure that the pole pieces are in good condition without desizing and burrs.
3. Points to note:
①The compaction density is required to be controlled below 1.80g/cm3, which can ensure the full use of the liquid absorption capacity and electrical performance of the pole piece;
②It is required to ensure the aging time of the battery before the cycle test, and it is recommended that the aging time is not less than 20 hours;
4. Electrolyte: Note that the PC content in the electrolyte should not be too highPrecautions for product use
1、Suggest storage temperature and humidity controlled below 40 ℃ and 60 %RH, respectively, for brandnew; After opening, please use it up as soon as possible.
2、After opening for 1 hour, it is a natural phenomenon for moisture regain, implying that moisture content of powder could be increased to 3000 ppm. Suggest drying it again before use.
