    Precautions for product use

     

    a) Ensure that the capacity of the negative electrode per unit area is greater than or equal to the capacity of the positive electrode per unit area to avoid lithium evolution during the charging process;
    b) Ensure that there is a good interface between the isolation membrane and the electrode;
    c) The areal density and compaction density of the electrode will affect the rate capacity and performance.
    d) The mixing performance of this material is very special. After adding SBR, it should not be stirred quickly for a long time, otherwise the viscosity will increase sharply and it will not be able to be coated. If the slurry needs to be placed for a long time, only the revolution, not the rotation stirring. If you need to adjust the viscosity, do not stir quickly after adding water, otherwise the slurry cannot be used.
    e) Since the product has many micropores, it is easy to absorb more solvents and adhesives. Please ensure the amount of adhesive and allow the pole pieces to be dried thoroughly.
    Features: The compaction density of the pole piece is controlled between 1.7~1.75 g/cm3, which is mainly suitable for water-based systems.

     

     

    Storage Condition

     

    1、Suggest storage temperature and humidity controlled below 40 ℃ and 60 %RH, respectively, for brandnew; After opening, please use it up as soon as possible.
    2、After opening for 1 hour, it is a natural phenomenon for moisture regain, implying that moisture content of powder could be increased to 3000 ppm. Suggest drying it again before use.
